We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the current item, and once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with our regular return policy, the item must be in new, unworn or unused condition, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
